About the guarantee

Omedal includes a lifetime guearantee.

Guarantee circumstances

  • After activating the warranty, the product will be included in the guarantee.
  • Any change in the product appearance due to direct heat above 80 degrees Celsius, breakage, corrosion or opening of the seal of the product is not included in the warranty.
  • Product color change due to darkening of silver is not included in the warranty
  • If Omedal product stopped functioning, it is possible to replace the product by performing a physical balance test
